Cancelation Policy

Unlike Viator, Trip Advisor and other we do NOT have a strict cancel policy. You can move, cancel or reschedule your booking with ZERO fees. All customers will receive a FULL refund for cancellations.

1️⃣ Pick Your Tour

Choose the tour and activity you want to enjoy and book it online with a small deposit. Book with the confidence knowing your requested date and time are secure.

2️⃣ Secure Your Spot

When you are ready, we will collect some basic information to hold your spot up to 6 months in advance with a FULLY refundable 20% deposit.

3️⃣ Paying Balance

Upon arrival to our location you will be required to pay the balance owed. We accept multiple forms of payment to make the process smooth. You can pay using the following methods:

• Pesos

• Credit or Debit card

*Credit and debit transactions will have an additional processing fee that varies and a less conversion rate that changes also.
